Important Dates for Financial Assistance and Support Line shutdown
During the Christmas and New Year break, our support lines and access to financial assistance will be closed. Please make note of the following dates.

Financial Assistance
The cut off for financial assistance, including scholarships and Funeral Grant requests, will be Tuesday 10 December, 2pm (AEST) will be paid Friday 13 December.
The cut off for voucher requests will be Tuesday 10 December, midnight (AEST).
Requests will be posted/emailed by Wednesday 11 December.
Please Note:
You will not be able to upload bills/request vouchers or complete assessments from Wednesday 11 December until Wednesday 8 January.
You will be able to complete assessments, upload bills and request vouchers from the 8 January, however no payments will be made that week. Redkite will be back to regular programing the following week.
Bills (including scholarships)/funeral grants received between Wednesday 8 January – Tuesday 14 January 2pm (AEST) will be paid Friday 17 January.
Vouchers requests between Wednesday 8 January – Tuesday 14 January midnight (AEST) will be posted/emailed Wednesday 15 January.
Support Line
Our Support Line will be closed from Wednesday 25th December 2024 (Christmas Day) to Wednesday 1st January 2025 (New Years’ Day).
The Support Line will reopen on Thursday 2nd January 2025 and resume operating every weekday from 9am-7pm (AEST). Call us on 1800 733 548
Book Club
You will still be able to request books on the portal over the Christmas period, however any books requested after Tuesday 17 December will be posted out the week of the 6 January.
