From City2Sea for Redkite

Coles Sanctuary Lakes team member, Nick Freisler, recently participated in the Sunday Age City2Sea to raise funds for children and young people cancer.

In the lead up to his run, the team at Coles Sanctuary Lakes held a Halloween lunch to support Nick and also painted the wall in their tea room red.

Dressed as the Coles Superhero Col, Nick raised over $1,000 and had great support from the crowd who were cheering ‘Go Col’. Nick proudly wore his Redkite running singlet over his Coles uniform in the lead up to the run and has received positive encouragement from customers.

Nick dedicated his run to a family currently on the cancer journey who are Coles Sanctuary Lakes customers. The family also generously offered to share their story with the Coles team about the difference Redkite has made throughout their journey.

Redkite would like to thank Nick for the incredible efforts he has made to raise funds and awareness for children and young people with cancer.
