Consent information

Any young person who is under 14 years old needs their parent or guardian’s consent to use Redkite’s Email or Telephone support services. Please print and complete the consent form and forward it to Redkite, PO Box 1889, Toowong, QLD, 4066 or fax 07 3832 8871 or email a scanned copy to support@redkite.org.au.

Please keep in mind that while we require consent from a parent in order for us to communicate with children under 14, we respect the rights of young people.

This means the information exchanged between your child and Redkite is confidential. We are unable to discuss this information with parents unless:

your child provides consent;
there is a duty of care situation; or
there is a significant risk to the child or someone else’s safety
