Trish is determined to keep Tom present

After losing her son to brain cancer, Trish shares why it is important to keep Tom’s memory alive and how creating new traditions has helped.

Trish has identical twin boys Thomas and Cameron. Thomas was diagnosed with pediatric brain cancer in December 2017 when the boys were almost seven.
