Workplace Giving: iNova’s iGive program
Nova Pharmaceuticals started their iGive program as a way for the company and its people to support the community in which they live and work, and to contribute towards making a difference.
After surveying their staff on which causes mattered to them the most, Redkite was chosen as one of three key partners that employees can make regular pre-tax donations to. Being able to provide staff a way to give back is a key part of iNova’s employee value proposition and which underpins their people and culture strategy.
As a beneficiary of iNova’s iGive program over the past three years, it is clear that Redkite’s cause resonates with employees and that they value the opportunity to make an impact in the lives of the families facing childhood cancer.
Bindu Dubey, Group Senior Applications Analyst at iNova, is one of the generous employees who chooses to support Redkite regularly.
Having been a part of Workplace Giving for the last two and a half years, Bindu says that doing so truly makes her happy.
“”Workplace Giving brings me so much happiness. If you give from your heart it will bring a smile to others and that makes it all worth it”
When asked why she chose Redkite, Bindu said: “I am very close to this cause with my heart”
iNova leads by example, matching every dollar donated to the value of $50,000 each year and it positively impacts employee involvement in their iGive program. “I love the way iNova contributes by matching employees’ contributions. It makes me feel so proud.”
To date, iNova and their employees have contributed over $80,000 to their charity partners since their program began.
Let’s get started
