JB Hi-Fi's superhero campaign for young people with cancer

JB Hi-Fi team member with Redkite superhero cards

Talented team members at JB Hi-Fi have designed their very own superhero cards to support young people with cancer.

Superheroes designed by four JB Hi-Fi team members feature on cards that are now on sale at all JB Hi-Fi stores for $2.

The four artists are Anastasia Anastassiou from JB Doncaster, Allen Jacobsen from JB Townsville, and Amanda Huxley and Mace McGregor, both from JB Toowoomba.

The designs were inspired by a number of the artists’ personal experiences, from the partial blindness of Allen’s daughter, to Anastasia's passion for making strong female superheroes for young girls.

“It’s amazing to see the talent and passion of JB Hi-Fi’s staff in submitting their designs. The artists chosen should be immensely proud of creating something that will help us deliver Redkite’s services to young people with cancer locally and all over Australia,” Redkite CEO Jenni Seton says.

“As a charity that receives no government funding, we could not do what we do without the support of partners such as JB Hi-Fi, through the superhero cards and their workplace giving program. JB Hi-Fi and their generous team have been supporting Redkite for nearly 10 years.”

The cards are available until May 7.
