Bronte Adams is Director of public policy firm dandolopartners and has worked in senior positions in both the public and private sectors. A former Rhodes Scholar and McKinsey consultant, she has led and managed public sector policy development and implementation and has consulted to a wide range of clients in the health, innovation, technology, science & research, startup, cultural, and education sectors. Bronte has contributed public discussion on a range of issues including innovation, economic, broadband and education policy.

Bronte has advised state Treasurers and led the Victorian Government’s technology arm, reforming government through the use of technology, managing major procurements, attracting foreign investment and stimulating the uptake of technology across commercial, public and community sectors.

She regularly works with for-purpose clients on medical research, innovation, technology, education, and philanthropy.

Bronte has chaired and sat on numerous public and private sector entities, and she currently serves as a director of the Victoria Education and Research Network, and the Australian Institute of Company Directors Innovation and Technology Panel.

She has previously served as director or board member of organisations, including Innovation and Science Australia; Health Innovation and Reform Council; the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra; Museums Victoria; Melbourne University Publishing; the Australian Broadband Advisory Council; UNESCO; Victorian Government ICT Advisory Council; Rhodes Trust in Australia.
