Redkite is thrilled to announce the appointment of senior business leader Craig Dunn as its new Chair, succeeding Mark Rigotti.
In welcoming Craig to the role, who is also Chair of Telstra and a former chair of The Australian Ballet, CEO Monique Keighery expressed her deepest gratitude for Mark Rigotti’s outstanding leadership and commitment: “Mark oversaw a significant expansion of the organisation’s highly valued services to children with cancer and their families, and helped to lead Redkite through the challenging period post the pandemic.”
As he steps into his new role, Craig said
“I have been so impressed with the professionalism and passion of this great national charity since joining the Redkite Board earlier this year and look forward to extending my commitment as Chair for the next three years. The work of the Redkite team in support of families facing childhood cancer is inspiring, and I celebrate and thank outgoing Chair Mark Rigotti whose significant contribution has ensured increased service delivery and family support during his term as Chair.“
Craig brings to the role significant corporate and not-for-profit leadership experience, along with his 25 years of work in financial services including six years as CEO of AMP.
Mark Rigotti who has completed his term as Chair, in line with Redkite’s board governance model, will continue on the board alongside our other committed directors Alex Scandurra, Brian Murphy, Chris Milross, Deanne Stewart, Jon Dooley, Georgie Gardner, Bronte Adams, and Justin Stevens.
