support packs for hospital

Once a family has spoken with an oncologist and had the diagnosis explained, a Social Worker or Cancer Care Coordinator will provide them with a Redkite Diagnosis Support Bag which is filled with practical items and information to help lighten the load in this stressful early stage.

Red Bags for families of children (0-14)

Our Red Bags include items such as:

  • Hot drink sachets
  • Teddy bear

"We received our bag in 2013 when our daughter was diagnosed with ALL. It meant so much to us. Not just the contents (which were amazing & thoughtful) but the bag itself became an identifier or badge so to speak." - Mother
