Whether you are celebrating a birthday, wedding, special occasion or just want to make a difference to families experiencing childhood cancer, a Facebook fundraiser is a great way to support Redkite.
You’re here because you want to make a difference for children with cancer and their families through social media.
It’s easy to set up a Facebook Fundraiser which you can share with the people in your life. You can personalise the page by adding photos and your story about why you want to support Redkite.
You can set a fundraising goal, share via Facebook, track progress, write a description of what or who has inspired you to fundraise and send a thank you directly to the people who have donated to you. All donors will be automatically provided with a tax receipt (via Paypal Giving Fund which then directs the funds to Redkite with no fees).
To create a Facebook Fundraiser, follow the below steps for mobile or desktop.
- Search for Redkite’s Facebook page
- Go to the menu and select Fundraisers
- Click on the Raise Money button under create a fundraiser for Redkite
