    1. How has cancer affected you?

    This is where we want you to introduce yourself, your diagnosis and the impact it’s had on your goals. This is how we get to know you and an insight into your story and experience with cancer. (150-250 words OR 30-60 second video).


    2. What is the goal or aspiration that you want to achieve?

    Your goal is personal – it can be big or small, that won’t be judged. What matters to us is that this goal is important to you, you’re passionate about it and will improve your quality of life! (150-250 words OR 30-60 second video)


    3. How will this scholarship help you reach your goal?

    How will you spend the money and what difference will it make to you achieving your goal. Making sure to include what the cost of each item will be. e.g. $1000 for a laptop & $2500 for course fees, and which a will mean I have everything I need to do well in my course to becoming a doctor. (150-250 words OR 30-60 second video)
