Reporting to the National Partnerships Manager, the Partnerships Manager is responsible for:

 

·       Growing and relationship management of existing corporate and community partnerships

 

·       Developing and securing new partnerships

 

·       Supporting the delivery of Redkite’s signature fundraising event, the Redkite Corporate Quiz

 

·       Managing key internal and external relationships, including Redkite’s Victorian Regional Council and Redkite’s Victorian Corporate Quiz Committee

 

·       Budget, pipeline and data management

 

This integral role requires an organised, results-driven team player with proven relationship management experience, exceptional written and interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to juggle multiple projects. Not-for-profit experience is not essential – perhaps you’re looking for a career change from the corporate sector or an agency.

 

The successful candidate will have:

 

·        Tertiary qualifications or experience in fundraising, business, commerce or marketing

 

·        Proven account and strategic relationship management experience and success in driving new revenue

 

·        Demonstrated success in supporting fundraising events in areas such as sponsorship and table sales

 

·        Pipeline and budget management experience with proven results in meeting and exceeding revenue targets

 

·        Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to write reports, deliver presentations, proposals and targeted letters
