What is Telephone support?
Telephone support involves speaking with a professional counsellor over the phone about whatever issue concerns you. You may only need to ring once, or you may choose to have ongoing telephone contact.
When can I phone?
Redkite Telephone support is available Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. If you call outside of these hours, please leave a message and we’ll return your call.
Would I speak to the same counsellor each time I ring?
Yes. Whenever possible we will try to connect you with the same counsellor. If you call ahead and make an appointment, we can confirm your counsellor.
Is there any cost?
Telephone support through the 1800 REDKITE (1800 733 548) number is available for the cost of a local call from a landline. If you call from a mobile, normal mobile phone rates will apply.

We encourage feedback from everyone who uses Redkite services. This helps us understand more about what you need, what works and what doesn’t. We want to continuously learn and improve our services.
