Seeking input on diagnosis support pack

Old support pack for teenagers and young adultsRedkite is seeking input from people diagnosed with cancer when aged 15-24 years on the future contents of a diagnosis support pack.

The support pack is given to teenagers and young adults when they are diagnosed with cancer. Can you help Redkite improve the contents of this support pack?

A short anonymous online survey has been set up to collect feedback and ideas. It takes 5 to 10 minutes to complete. We'd love to gather your feedback. Your input will help create the best possible support resource for people yet to start their cancer journeys.

We hope you’ll share this survey with anyone you think may like to contribute.
