Staff fundraising

Staff fundraising provides a wide range of benefits to companies, particularly when combined with other corporate-charity partnership initiatives.

Empowering staff to raise much-needed funds for Redkite allows them to learn and apply new skills — these can then be applied in their day-to-day work. Allowing staff to demonstrate new skills while doing something meaningful for their community can also increase staff motivation and retention.  

Fundraising activities are limited only by the imagination: lunchtime events, quiz nights and Redkite-themed days are only a few of the ways employees can raise funds for our worthy cause.
