Redkite has launched Redkite’s 12 Gifts of Christmas to help support families with a child or young person with cancer this Christmas.
Starting from just $10, supporters can choose from 12 special gifts which will make a real difference to families this Christmas by helping to provide essential financial, emotional and education support.
With Redkite’s 12 Gifts of Christmas, supporters can choose a gift on behalf of family, friends and work colleagues and let their friends and family know that they would like a Redkite Christmas gift this year.
Redkite’s 12 Gifts of Christmas also provides businesses with the opportunity to offer clients, suppliers and colleagues a special and meaningful gift to help a family in need.
A recent survey of Australian businesses has revealed that the most popular preference for a corporate gift this Christmas is a donation to charity. The survey, carried out on behalf of not for profit organisation, Karma Currency Foundation, also found that charitable donations in the form of a corporate gift is anticipated to double from last year with nearly a third of survey respondents preferring to receive a donation to charity.
Christmas can be a challenging time for children and young people going through the cancer journey. Treatment does not stop for Christmas and many will find themselves in hospital over the festive season. Financial pressure also increases, with families often travelling long distances to be together whilst still paying for essential items such as groceries.
Redkite’s 12 Gifts of Christmas will let families know they are not alone this Christmas.
